How to use your insurance for your one on one
sessions with a therapist:


We can help you with your insurance company
claim.  This is a simple process and insurance
companies usually reimburse you in 7 to 30 days.
 It's a good idea to call them yourself but we can
also help you with this process.

You will be able to use your health insurance
according to the benefit package you have with
your individual insurance company.

 We will give you a SuperBill with the codes
necessary so that you can submit the claims
to your insurance company.  The Insurance
companies can then re-imburse you according
to your insurance company's guidelines.  
Sandra at our office can explain the process to
you.

By using this method of payment we have been
able to reduce the rate we charge you for sessions
by 35%.

For Medicare patients:
We can help you.  We offer services that are not
covered by Medicare and are therefore able to see
you with various cash based options.  We are
committed to being able to serve our community
and have hour, half hour, and group sessions available.
 We also have donation based 20 minute sessions
available on Thursday mornings 9 am to 1 pm.

Treatment Session Options:

First Assessment and Treatment Session
-one on one time with a therapist:  
one hour at $130 /hour

Subsequent one hour sessions of
one on one time with a therapist:
one hour at $130/hour

Half hour sessions available
(after initial one hour session):
half hour at $75/half hour

Group Sessions of 2 or more people up to 20 people
for an hour Session:
Group Transformation Session one hour to 1 1/2 hours
as needed and determined by therapist:
$200 total for group session.

Donation Based "Box on the Wall" sessions Thursdays
9 am to 1 pm as space allows.
20 minute sessions of one on one time with a therapist
Donation Based Session.
